Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruiting for key/critical positions throughout North America.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local Human Resources and key stakeholders in Celeros's business units.
  • Recruit new candidates from multiple sources: i.e. targeted companies, referrals from our existing relationships, database research, and direct contact.
  • Manage and influence search processes from start through conclusion, i.e. full lifecycle
  • Provide support for placement of candidates including: setting up interviews, briefing candidates before their interview, and debriefing candidates following their interview.
  • Provide and support creative staffing and search solutions.
    Process applicants through the ATS
  • Maintains contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
  • Minimum Qualifications

    • 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience.
    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
      Manufacturing recruiting experience a plus
    • Ability to drive the process in a professional manner
    • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
