Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for recruiting for key/critical positions throughout North America. Develop and maintain relationships with local Human Resources and key stakeholders in Celeros's business units. Recruit new candidates from multiple sources: i.e. targeted companies, referrals from our existing relationships, database research, and direct contact. Manage and influence search processes from start through conclusion, i.e. full lifecycle Provide support for placement of candidates including: setting up interviews, briefing candidates before their interview, and debriefing candidates following their interview. Provide and support creative staffing and search solutions. Process applicants through the ATS Maintains contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants. Minimum Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Manufacturing recruiting experience a plus - Ability to drive the process in a professional manner
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
