PROLIM((link removed)) is currently seeking Talent Acquisition Rep 4 for Newport News Virginia Location for one of our Top Client.

Job Description:

Detailed Responsibilities/requirements Include:

• Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings.
• Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.
• Prepares rating on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with information on the company.
• May administer tests and interpret results, check references, arrange transportation of selected applicants, extend formal job offers, work with outside agencies and vendors, etc.responsible for the sourcing, attracting and acquiring of exceptional and diverse talent for Newport News Shipbuilding.
• This individual will focus on working with Internal clients to define hiring needs as well as implement cost effective, results oriented recruitment strategies that yield excellent hires throughout the corporation.
• The successful candidate will be a member of a small team that will drive all search activities and determination of sourcing methodology and tools, proactive recruiting and prescreening of candidates.
• This individual will also provide candidate and industry research to support critical recruiting initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field and 10 years of Experience
• Master's degree and 8 years of relevant professional experience.
