We will count on you to:

Partner with our TA Consultants and hiring managers to build and execute an effective sourcing strategy
Identify and call on prospects to introduce MMC companies, qualify core skills and interest for opportunities in our companies
Utilize and help drive the use of sourcing tools such asPhenomand LinkedIn Recruiter
Monitor firm-wide social media feeds, forums, talent networks and groups to identify trends and opportunities in our employer brand while creating your own brand
Researchand creatively source talent via social media and non-traditional channels, as well as our applicant tracking database, diversity sites, networking sites, and user groups
Lead weekly Sourcing Office Hours for TACs to dial in with sourcing challenges, needs and questions

What you need to have:

Bachelors degree
1 year experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or related field
Phenom or other systems proficiency with a desire to learn more
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
Desire to learn about multiple lines of our business

Business, marketing, communications degree or experience
Candidate tracking systems experience on multiple platforms
Proventrackrecord of working with school organizations, philanthropic organizations or other professional organizations
Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
