Looking for an enthusiastic and progressive Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will help accelerate the hiring process for all departments. In addition to scouting top talent, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide a positive experience for both the candidate and the business groups by effectively hitting hiring goals, raising the talent bar, and continuing to evolve the candidate experience. What you need to know:




  • Great opportunity for an entry-level recruiter to join a growing company as an internal TA Specialist.

  • This role will be sourcing and recruiting staff-level positions

  • Responsibilities may also include general HR duties.



 



Responsibilities:




  • Serves as an expert in the talent market, competitive and local environment and its impact on all aspects of the business

  • Continuously creates and maintains a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs

  • Prepares monthly and quarterly headcount metrics and analysis

  • Serves as a coach to interview team members; advise on effective interview questions

  • Leverages all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including the job posting, job board mining, social networking, employee referrals, the Company’s career page, and networking events

  • Creates and maintains a job description library for the Company

  • Creates and implements college/internship program

  • Ensures a responsive and seamless candidate experience through communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format

  • Tracks metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns

  • Acts as a team player and owns and assists in various projects within the entire organization



Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiting role

  • Proven success delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment

  • Strong knowledge of all business areas including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Technology skillsets

  • Direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong customer management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers

  • Team-oriented with the ability to partner with and build upon the strengths of others to meet overall goals
