Full Job Description:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field from an accredited institution
Four (4) years of recruitment and/or sourcing experience.
Demonstrated experience utilizing LinkedIn and/or other recruitment platforms to actively recruit qualified candidates.
Experience recruiting for C-Level positions.
Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and Human Resources best practices.
Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems.
