Job DescriptionJob Description- Talent Acquisition Job Detail: Company: TECHVED Consulting Website: Location: Goregaon (E), Mumbai Experience: 2-4 Years PURPOSE OF JOB: A Talent Acquisition is responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. They're in charge of planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for their organization. This includes (co) building a strong Employer Brand. To provide a high level of resources support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Employer branding, future resource planning, diversifying a company's labor force, and developing a robust candidate pipeline are the cornerstones of talent acquisition. 2. The talent acquisition team is responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within the company. 3. Responsible for End to end recruitment. 4. Candidate can. work individually on targeted profiles. 5. Target oriented. 6. Candidate is having experience in HR discussion and salary negotiation, an additional benefit to the organization. 7. Must have experience in core IT profiles recruitment. 8. Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
