Job Role : Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Location : Phase-II, Hinjewadi Pune

Job Responsibility.

• Creating talent acquisition strategies based on project requirement and ensuring fulfilment with speed and quality of pipeline generated.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Creating, publishing and maintaining various Management reports as weekly, fortnightly, end-of-month, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Preparing dashboards based on management requirements.
• Handling End to End Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating from Middle, Senior and Leadership level roles as per project requirement.
• Responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific client's requirements.
• Develop creative way to attract the right people who would be interested in the opportunity.
• Scheduling and coordinating interview of candidates until closure.
• Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates for further consideration.
• Drive high quality selection and positive candidate/client experience in assigned practices.
