Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success:
Leads various sized project teams on engagements in an inclusive, collaborative and fast-paced environment, defining project workflows, managing resources, prioritize responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results while assisting in the financial administration of engagements such as budgets, billing and collections;
Engages proactively with clients to identify challenges, recommend solutions and manage expectations utilizing active listening skills to gain understanding of key customer and market issues;
Prepares final drafts of major deliverables assuring quality control;
Understands stakeholder management and communications to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support;
Builds and enhances client relationships enabling identification of additional consulting projects, and supporting the development process, responding to requests for proposals, etc.; and,
Leads, coaches, and motivates team members, promoting a collaborative work environment by providing strategic and balanced oversight, proactively sharing insights, knowledge and experience.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success as a team leader with experience structuring and leading complex human capital change management and/or talent management programs in a consulting environment with areas of focus to include a combination of any of the following:
Assesses and advises on workforce planning and analytics, organizational design, human resources effectiveness, leadership development,diversity and inclusion, performance management, talent assessment and succession planning to enable a future facing workforce;
Assesses change readiness, leadership alignment, organizational impact, change vision and strategy, organizational design, training strategies, curricula and course development, and cultural transformation plans;
Ensures consistent design and delivery of consulting solutions in the areas of organizational, HR and learning development, analytics and forecasting/modeling;
Facilitates data-driven coaching sessions with clients, helping them extract key insights regarding individual and team performance; and,
Utilizes people-related competencies and academic background such as psychology, human factors, applied cognition.
