We are in search of a highly-motivated, people-friendly, organized Talent Development Specialist for our new employee and career skills training programs. This is a great entry position for candidates with 1-2 years of banking, HR, education or communication degrees and/or experience.
You will coordinate and facilitate all aspects of new employee on-boarding and training. This role delivers virtual and onsite instructor led training, coordinates training enhancements and assists with organization wide training projects. You will also assist the Director of Talent Management, in various training functions such as needs assessment, program and content creation, and analysis of program effectiveness.

Requirements
Strong public speaking skills.
Strong computer skills with understanding of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
1+ years of teaching, mentoring or public experience in volunteer, school or work setting.
2+ years of banking experience a plus.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and track record of goal achievement.
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or Equivalent required.

Salary Range: Level II - $26.00 - $30.00 hourly
