Our client is actively searching for a Talent Development Consultant. This Consultant will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Talent Process Development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive solutions to address talent gaps and achieve results.


• Stay current with external trends, best practices, and innovations in talent enhancement.


• Lead and direct high-priority, complex portfolios of talent projects for business initiatives.


• Manage talent development projects according to the methodology, timeline and budget of the organization.


• Ensure the projects are delivered within scope and budget.


• Work with business groups and help them understand any project challenges.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.


• 5+ years of talent enhancement experience.


• External consulting experience is required.


• Talent lifecycle development experience is a plus!!


• PMP certification preferred.


• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
