Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of tandoori dishes, including breads, meats, and vegetables.

• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service of tandoori items.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of raw meats and hygiene practices.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering of ingredients for tandoori dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tandoor section and surrounding work areas.
