As a M365 Targeting Manager for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

  • Working remotely with customers and clients of varying seniority to help a customer paint the vision of how Microsoft would be the best partner to support the customers aspirations
  • Orchestrating discovery calls and driving strategic technology conversations with customers and their account teams
  • Effectively articulating the value and long-term benefit of actively using Microsoft 365 products and services
  • Providing pre-sales technical/architectural support and driving successful user adoption
  • Informing customers about the features and benefits of Microsoft 365 products, as well as providing practical examples of how these products can be used in real-world situations
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key technical decision-makers to drive successful adoption and deployment of Microsoft products and technologies, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the pre-sales process
  • Evangelizing current and future Microsoft Office products and technologies including full platform software roadmap

Requirements

You have:

  • Experience in one of more of the following:
    • 3-5 years of inside sales, or digital sales experience
    • 3-5 years of technical sales or pre-sales experience
    • 3-5 years of experience driving and supporting customer success with direct customer interactions
    • 3-5 years of experience supporting software licensing discussions with customers on acquisition/application, management
  • 2-4 years Technical Administration or Solution Architecture experience with demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a senior technical resource with regular customer interactions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Stack, (including Identity, Security, Viva and other workloads) and a solid conceptual grasp of Planning and Deployment experience with Enterprise customers
  • Business level proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Japanese, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Ability to work fully remote

You might also have:

  • Experience working with Microsoft partners
  • Power BI experience (licensing, architecture)
  • Microsoft Office 365 certification (MCSA) or a willingness to obtain certification
