Join a highly regarded market-leading owner and operator of renewable energy projects across the United States that acquires, develops, owns and operates a large portfolio of renewable energy projects (wind & solar).

Responsibilities day to day:

Oversee and manage tax strategy and tax compliance function for existing and new renewable energy projects and corporate entities
Implement tax strategy, compliance for federal state, and local tax
Tax modeling
Tax equity

Who were looking for:

6 to 12+ years experience in renewable energy tax and partnership tax
In depth knolwedge of tax equity structures and pass-through entities. Experience with complex transactions is a plus
Experience building and reviewing complex tax models in Excel
Ability to coordinate and build rapport with asset managers, overseas support team, treasury, affiliate tax teams, external consultants and tax authorities
Experience mentoring, supervising, and managing a team
MBA, CPA, Tax LLM or similar are a plus
Living in Denver area or in New York (to work hybrid in office)
