Hire Resolve, a leading Accounting Firm, is seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of tax engagements for a diverse client base
• Provide comprehensive tax planning and consulting services
• Review and sign off on tax returns and workpapers
• Develop and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
• Stay up-to-date on tax laws, regulations, and industry trends
• Participate in business development activities to grow the firms client base

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax
• CPA certification required
• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Track record of delivering high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment
• Business development experience preferred

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $100,000 - $140,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the market demand, education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
