Responsibilities

• Providing tax advice to clients and responding to their inquiries in a timely manner
• Reviewing tax returns, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues
• Managing and mentoring a team of tax professionals
• Conducting research on tax laws, regulations, and case decisions
• Identifying potential tax-saving opportunities for clients
• Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure alignment and successful tax planning
• Communicating effectively with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with tax services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in tax planning and compliance
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and international tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
