Job Description:

Div. 7A, especially with regards to distributable surplus, repayments, and actual loan conversion dates, reasonable person test.

Dividends: needs to be able to review franking credit accounts, benchmark rates and debits and credits

Should know about the 3 month rule for franking credits

Must be well versed on PSI or companies and trusts and sole traders, attribution, obligations, entity maintenance deductions etc.

Must know about income from personal exertion and the applicable tests

And then just the general knowledge on GST, GST on food, simplified GST methods, GST changes in creditable use, income tax deductions, Capital Gains and Small business CGT concessions

Must be well versed on FBT, minor benefits, entertainment, car benefits and possible exemptions for Small business

Academic qualifications & experience:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting

- CA/CS/ICWA Dropouts

- CA/CS/ICWA Qualified

Experience:

- 1 to 7 years
