Hire Resolve's client is seeking a skilled Tax Senior to join their team in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate for this role will play an instrumental role in the company's taxation practice and work under minimal supervision. Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolios and participate in the delivery of high-quality taxation services
• Review and prepare complex income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, as well as other related tax filings
• Conduct tax planning research and consulting with clients regarding tax implications of their business objectives.
• Work with clients to identify and resolve tax-related issues
• Conduct tax audits and assist clients with audit department responses
• Communicate with clients and ensure that work products are accurate and timely
• Handle special projects as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA designation preferred
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in public accounting
• Strong technical skills in tax preparation and review
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of tax regulations and rules, including federal and state tax laws
