Responsible for partnering closely with the Customer Experience Service Recovery & IRROPs Organization and development team to provide leadership, technical, and functional requirements and solutions to support business operations; Lead the Service Recovery & IRROPs development team regarding development, problem resolution, troubleshooting, performance testing, and related activities; Develop solution for Customer Compensation platform to support disrupted passengers; Collaborate with Sabre to understand PTOL / Ticketing, RIPA & RAC processes to develop and enhance Compensation Platform solutions; Lead software vendor POC product evaluations and recommendations, and design and manage development of the technical solution; Participate in the organization wide service recovery initiatives as needed; Verify data model architecture using knowledge of Data Structures, Data Modeling, and Computer Systems and Architecture; Create various Database SQL queries and generate analytical reports by understanding the Schema with expertise in Database Management System.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week/8 a.m.-5 p.m./M-F. Job Location: Ft. Worth, TX 5 years of experience as Developer, Associate, Technical Staff, or any occupation in which the required experience was gained, and demonstrated experience in: Cloud, Java, and Spring; AZURE; Groovy; Daily Scrum; CI/CD Process; Jenkins and GITHUB; JMeter; Development and testing; Automation Framework; Oracle and PostgreSQL; DynaTrace; IBM Bluemix; Docker; Mezmo; Kubernetes; Quantum Metric. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
