The primary duties will include:
Provide leadership to, develop and maintain an effective team through the selection, training, compensation, motivation, termination and review of all personnel;
Handling the Team well, being unbiased towards all his/ her fellow teammates.
Happily interact with Clients!
Updating the Project Manager & other related higher authorities about the working of the team members.
Guide and nurture the best interests of team members along with that of the Organization.
Lead recruitment related activities: Associate with the HR department to grow the team in size and expertise, with the right resources and at the right time.
