As a Sales Team Leader, one has to take initiates to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales managers, tracking their performance, and providing constructive feedback to enhance their selling skills. Responsibilities: Responsible for overall productivity of the team. Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and optimize the sales process. To manage team and ensure achievement of overall sales targets through ongoing training, support and effective management as required. Responsible for overall team productivity. Reporting to upper management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities. Conducting regular performance evaluations, and implementing strategies to enhance sales productivity. Requirements: Should have. experience in sales. Should have handled a team. Capability to lead a team inspire them to attain their targets. Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
