Job Description

• Position: Team Leader Sales
• Education: Bachelors Degree in Sales & Marketing, Interior Designing or related field
• Experience : 2-3 years
• Skills requirements : Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of interior design principles and products.
• Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development:
  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
• Sales Process Oversight:
  • Monitor the entire sales process, from lead generation to project completion.
  • Ensure that sales team members follow best practices and company standards.
• Schedule Tasks and Delegate Assignments.
• Increasing sales opportunities through various routes from market.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve company sales.
• Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
• Evaluates performance and practices and to evaluate the outcome and goals.
• Budget: As per Industrial Standard
