Job Description - Position: Team Leader Sales
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Sales & Marketing, Interior Designing or related field
- Experience : 2-3 years
- Skills requirements : Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of interior design principles and products.
- Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development:
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
- Sales Process Oversight:
- Monitor the entire sales process, from lead generation to project completion.
- Ensure that sales team members follow best practices and company standards.
- Schedule Tasks and Delegate Assignments.
- Increasing sales opportunities through various routes from market.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve company sales.
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
- Evaluates performance and practices and to evaluate the outcome and goals.
- Budget: As per Industrial Standard
