We are seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Team Loan Officer to join our dynamic team at Fulcrum Home Loans. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively generating and managing referral partner relationships, servicing existing relationships, and guiding borrowers with confidence through every step of the lending process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to personal and professional development, and a dedication to fostering a healthy team culture and providing exceptional service to our clients and referral partners. Duties:

• Proactively Generate new referral partner relationships
• Service existing referral partner relationships
• Provide borrowers with confidence throughout every step of the lending process
• Proactively communicate with team, referral partners and borrowers
• Manage Pre-Approval Process for borrowers
• Effectively communicate with internal and external partners

Requirements

• Must be a highly team-oriented.

• Must love learning and delivering true value to everyone we encounter through the creation of residential mortgages.
• NMLS ID (Non-depository license required within 90 days of onboarding).
• Knowledge of calculating income within residential lending guidelines.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail with high-level accuracy, and time management.
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional etiquette and nesse.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities.
• Takes initiative, is highly independent, and is able to work under limited supervision.
• High school diploma required.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.
• Loan Origination Software (LOS), and Automated Underwriting System (AUS) are assets.
• Solid knowledge of various residential mortgage loans such as Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA etc.
• Project a professional image and collaborate with others to accomplish goals and demanding deadlines.
