Job Description
Purpose: The role holder is required to achieve the team targets by developing a team and
enabling them to reach their maximum potential
Desired Background: MBA / Graduate with minimum 1 - 2 years of team handling experience
KPA && Activities
1. Business Target: Achievement of business targets (OM, penetration target, PE, NPE,
etc,) for the team in terms of all insurance and other products as defined and agreedupon.

2. Team Management && Development: Provide direction to the team towards increasing
their productivity
Manage and maintain a team of minimum 8 FSA + LSE's or budgeted manpower by co-
ordinating with the hiring partners
Conduct preliminary interview

to achieve their professional and personal goals

Candidate Profile:
At least 3-4 towards sales of financial products( Insurance, Credit card, personal Loans)
Should have at least 2 years of team handling experience
Prior experience of working inInsurancedepartment would be an added advantage.
