• Mechanically inclined being able to assist our estimations, parts, purchasing, and inventory teams with technical questions

• Comfortable in sales, which is essential in guiding our customer-first philosophy

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise, mentor, develop, recruit, and lead a team of Estimations, Parts, Inventory, and Fluid Analysis Specialists.
• Manage communication within the team, between team members and clients, and from team to team.
• Provide training and guidance to enhance technical, customer service, and sales skills.
• Provide guidance to the management team regarding all things relating to estimations, parts, inventory, and fluid analysis including, KPIs, vendor selection, customer care, budgeting, and ongoing team development.
• Uphold the companys commitment to exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a service-oriented industry
• A proven track record of solving complex problems
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite and Salesforce(preferred) and/or software systems for scheduling, reporting, and managing service operations, quoting, case management, etc.
• Knowledge of generator or similar industrial service industry
