Job Description

• Tech Evangelist
• Delivering immersive product experience for walk in customers
• 1. Create energy and excitement about EV products
• 2. Conduct customer needs analysis
• 3. Match customer needs with the right products in EV portfolio
• Educate customers on EV products
• 1. Provide in depth understanding of features and technology to customers
• 2. Perform test drives with customers
• 3. Answer objections/ queries posed by customers
• 4. Engage customers through passion for technology
• 5. Explain app / software/ accessories to customers
• Manage Customer relationships
• 1. Generate goodwill by greeting and serving customers promptly and courteously
• 2. Professionally, courteously and respectfully interact with customers to provide a consistent premium customer experience building dealer sales loyalty
• 3. Act as SPOC to manage EV customer relationships
• Others
• 1. Ensure product presentation as per brand & marketing guidelines
• 2. Upgrade knowledge of EV products and services by training on-the-job and participating in educational and development programs on and off site.
