Collaborate on project teams to deploy and maintain technology solutions. Ensure service delivery, system integrity, and security. Manage infrastructure connectivity and expansions. Participate in projects and engage with third-party vendors. Advocate for and escalate issues as needed. Assist with client training and satisfaction. Influence local management decisions. Requirements: 3-5 years of IT experience. Familiarity with Azure/Intune, Managed Print Services, and File Sharing. Strong customer service. Proficient in Windows 7, 10 and PC imaging processes. Multitasking, prioritizing, and time management skills. Excellent communication.
