Business Centric Technology has teamed up with a client in DFW for a hybrid contract Technical Business Analyst - Salesforce responsible for identifying and establishing which techniques and artifacts should be used for projects based on complexity, size, and stakeholders.

CONTRACT PAY: Up to $50/hour depending on candidates experience, etc.

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). In this role, you will play a crucial part in translating business analysis skills into effective communication with developers, specifically within the Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, testers, and project managers to facilitate seamless communication.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce objects and processes, with a focus on implementations, including nonprofit success packs.
• Utilize BI and data analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Azure Analytics to enhance Salesforce structures.
• Embrace a detail-oriented approach and strong process management skills.

Requirements:

• Experience with Salesforce implementations, preferably with nonprofit success packs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce objects and processes.
• Familiarity with BI and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Azure Analytics).
• Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment.
