Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in Telecom or CRM. Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Knowledge of IVR systems is good to have but not a must. Familiarity with Backend API architecture, design and technologies such as REST, SOAP, and API Gateway. Experience in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or Lean. Analytical mindset for problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies. Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment. Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Work with developers to design and implement solutions. Test and validate solutions. Document and track progress. Communicate with stakeholders throughout the development process.
