Core BA skills: Communication Facilitation Documentation capabilities Must have strong Agile experience. Must have experience/understanding of Tableau (not at a Tableau Developer level, but must have a solid understanding of Tableau) Extremely strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to communicate highly technical concepts in a way that Business users can understand Ability to write detailed requirements/user stories working independently with business users Documentation: Ability to document organization processes as needed / prepare documentation and provide guidance and consultancy. Perform data analysis as needed to support business requirements and process changes. Experience with data validation, issue logging and defect tracking. Understand the environment specifics in context with business requirements
