iZeal, Inc. is currently seeking an Technical Business Analystfor our client's requirement. The salary depends on experience. Position: Technical Business AnalystLocation: Oakland, CA.Responsibilities: Leads project stakeholders in the analysis process, interacting to elicit and document project and reporting requirements. Assists in the prioritization, planning, communication, and coordination of projects. Produces professional quality project artifacts including but not limited to business & technical requirements documents, data mapping specifications, workflow diagrams, mockups, use cases, issue logs, test cases and other documents as needed. Knowledgeable in gathering technical requirements to build reports, Stored procedures, Web Services, and APIs Documents requirements and works with technical teams to provide solutions to promote data and reporting integrity in enterprise systems. Experience performing Gap analysis As-Is/To-Be for large applicationsand perform data mapping exercise for clinical data from upstream source systems to downstream target applications. Serves as a critical resource and liaison between subject matter experts and technical experts throughout the project lifecycle. Assists in the estimates of time required to deliver project artifacts and reports progress toward delivery goals throughout the project. Identifies and communicates both risks and solutions. Excels in formulating test strategy and test scenarios that meet business expectations and participates in the QA, UAT, and training of a product. Assist in application support and management of defects, enhancements and change requests. Able to work across programs and on multiple parallel tasks, strong relationship building skills & communication skills. Demonstrated ability to function as a thought leader. Fosters collaboration across disparate, cross-functional teams, establishes and maintains a high level of trust and confidence with colleagues and clients Requirements: Minimum of 8 years Business Analysis or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of Data Analysis, SQL database concepts, and/or Reporting experience. Minimum of 3 years project coordination or project management experience. Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred Business Analysis, PMP, Agile Certifications a plus Health Care or engineering experience preferred.
