What youll do


Report directly to the Head of Proposal & Risk Management, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of the Proposal Management process, which includes the creation of a structured and consolidated proposal for various connected lighting solution in different applications.

Coordinating with System Architect s to ensure that the proposed control design complies with customer requirement.

Coordinating with System Engineer and Project Manager to estimate required manhours to delivery a connected lighting solution.

Coordinating with Procurement Manager to obtain correct specification and scope of works for 3rd party installation works and goods.

Creating Cost sheet based on inputs received from various Subject Matter Experts.

Creating proposal write-up inclusive of all the required commercial notes, technical design notes and project services notes, while at the same time able to provide value proposition, features and benefits of the proposed solution within the proposal.


What you'll need


Currently an undergraduate majoring in Engineering.

Customer service focus excellent communication and great interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload, multi-tasking is essential.

Strong in using MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Basic/Intermediary programming skills (PowerBI, Excel VBA, other)

Commitment for full time internship for at least 5-6 months (5 days per week)
