Job Title: Technical Developer- Oracle Fusion

Job Description:

Shall have application integration knowledge to troubleshoot, test, resolve, and train technical staff.
Must have general depth of knowledge to cover several points of interfacing/middleware, including focus on Cybersecurity and reporting needs.

Functional Responsibility/ Tasks:

Shall have application integration knowledge to troubleshoot, test, resolve, and provide side-by-side informal training (Virtually or onsite if requested), as well as formal training and documentation as needed with technical staff members.
Must have general depth of knowledge to cover several points of interfacing/middleware, including focus on Cybersecurity and reporting needs.
Coordinate with technical SMEs to analyze integration issues between data flow end points to diagnose root cause and develop more efficient ways of reporting and resolution.
Provide interface or conversion support in appropriate testing environments for business team review and approval when requested.
Provide report troubleshooting and training where applicable.
Mentor current technical staff on all existing or new points of integration.
