Job Title: Technical Operations Contractor - Senior

Duration: 6 months

Location: West Point, PA

Job Type: Temporary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, biology, chemistry, or pharmacy preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in operations, quality, or science/technology area

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Knowledge Management (KM) principles and methodologies
• Understanding of pharmaceutical product and process knowledge (Biologics/Pharma)
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and SharePoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid understanding of project management principles and organizational skills
• Self-starter and proactive in supporting the team
• Attention to detail and ability to meet project timelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge management principles to identify opportunities for knowledge capture, sharing, and leveraging
• Provide hands-on support to knowledge management projects
• Support change and communication plan through various mediums (articles, videos, presentations)
• Contribute to the development and improvement of KM capabilities and standards
• Collect and analyze data to support KM projects in operating areas
• Facilitate After Action Reviews and collate lessons for business review
• Flexibility to adapt to business needs and manage ambiguous projects
