Job Description

Job title: Technical Project Manager-STET MCC PM


Technical Project Manager is part of global organization that delivers impact to multiple businesses within Philips. The role manages all project activities in compliance to defined MLD process to drive high impact, complex transfer projects that enables Philips to reduce risk, improve profitability, align with Philips strategic supply base and optimize supply chain flexibility. In addition you will perform project management role for the STET leadership to ensure data integrity & other PMO activities.
Your role:

Support the business case development for MLD projects
Drive process to deliver the right outcome for stakeholders
Identify risks and manage with right mitigation actions
Responsible to develop, communicate, and manage detailed project schedules that support higher level program schedules, ensuring communication within STET and BU cross functionally.
Ensuring the achievement of ALL MLD targets for the project(s) at milestones (supplier support, cost, on time delivery of materials, quality, qualification of parts, processes and equipment)
Gather project requirements for project scoping & investments
Gathers content and works with the R&D, OMM and Procurement Engineering to define requirements
Ensure key component release & parts approval (internal activities)
Monitor/analyze to ensure accuracy of multi-tier BOMs (completeness of structures, effectivities, etc)
X- functional alignment of Phase in / Phase out planning
Manage E2E project execution as assigned by the functional manager
Profile:
Deep experience with project management with Strong project management skills required.
Experience with global cross-functional team management strategic and tactical.
Knowing and understanding broad business perspective.
Knowledge of Supply management strategies and tools.
Proven ability to manage relationships at all org. levels.
Demonstrated ability in working in a complex/global environment.
