Location- Dearborn, MI (Day 1 Onsite)
Duration- Long Term
Open for Full Time & Contract.
Mandatory:
Candidate should have Automobile background experience in a recent project.
Should have ADAS experience.
Need references from Current project manager.

Role Overview:
As a Technical PM / Scrum Master, this individual will be responsible for multiple working teams and have responsibilities in Agile Project Management, Program Management, and Architecture & Software Platform Support.
Role Responsibilities:
Coordinate the Software (SW) development activities with the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) project per Ford's Product Development Processes
Create project plans to support Global Product Development System (GPDS) timing for the main ADAS programs and manage the SW Feature/Function implementation plan
Understand the gives and gets from the different teams working on ADAS, both Ford and supplier teams, and incorporate them into the work plan
Create sprint plan and PI plan and content goes into each sprint
Create and maintain the SW feature implementation plan
Defect management -Manage the closure of SW-related issues
Drive technical alignment between various cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution
Maintain a project dashboard along with key performance indicators
Use JIRA ALIGN to track dependencies between JIRA projects
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master
Experience in project management and understanding of formalized PM methodologies
Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Professional experience with Jira and Confluence
Knowledgeable with the Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint
Proven experience creating and maintaining dashboards
Process improvement experience
Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
Working knowledge of various Agile techniques such as user stories, continuous integration
Strong experience presenting to executives
Demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff
Desired Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Controls Engineering or Computer Science
3+ years of embedded Hardware and/or Software development experience
Understanding of ADAS
Experience with issues and requirement management tools (e.g. JIRA, Polarion, etc.)
