Job Description

: We are looking for a Technical Project Manager / Project Manager who can completely take care of the planning of the project starting from learning the requirements from the client to successfully end delivery of the project. He/She will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Qualifications one must have: Proven minimum 3+ years of project management experience in IT Service Sector, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools (JIRA, Basecamp, Asana, Trello etc.) , and techniques (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). (link removed) Must have experience in managing Web & Mobile application technologies from scratch to end. Must have Excellent communication with experience in handling International clientele- US, UK Must be excellent in documenting Project workflow and other required documents as per need. Experience in seeing projects through the full life cycle Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline A minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering Preffered: PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus. Technical Knowledge & understanding of computer languages like HTML, CSS,JS, OOPS, JQ, MYSQL, PHP, Node,Angular, Ionic etc. Key Responsibilities (but not limited too): Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget allocation. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Coordinate project activities, tasks, and schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Translating customer requirements into working instructions for Delivery; creating Procedure and Agreement Documents Track project costs in order to meet budget Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Responsible for generating revenue / repeated business from existing clients. Team Leadership and Management: Lead project teams by providing clear direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Mitigating and solving escalations with urgency and determination Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring that team members understand their roles and deliverables. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and innovation. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Address stakeholder concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining positive relationships. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables Resource Management: Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity. Coordinate with resource managers to allocate resources effectively based on project requirements and priorities. Anticipate resource needs and plan accordingly to prevent delays or bottlenecks in project execution. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to client requirements and organizational policies. Conduct regular quality checks and reviews to identify and address any deviations or deficiencies in project outputs. Implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction. Required Skillset: Well versed with complete Project Lifecycle starting from learning the requirements from the client to successfully end delivery of the project. (Project Management, Planning, Monitoring, Control, Quality Assurance) Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence team members and stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful Self-managing and takes accountability for successful development and delivery Team-player and high-performance team builder
