We are hiring Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master for one of our clients in San Francisco Bay Area.
Job Description:
This fast-moving team works on both external and internal facing applications and is seeking a proven Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master to work simultaneously on multiple small and large projects, and to interact closely with the business team and development team to ensure the rapid delivery of high quality products.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sprints and stand-ups.
- Manage project timelines and scope.
- Facilitate effective collaboration and internal communication.
- Help on-board and mentor new developers joining the team.
- Work together with product owners to handle new requests and backlogs.
- Help development teams to attain a higher level of Scrum maturity.
- Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts that occur.
- Keep teams focused on the current sprint goals.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in the Scrum Master role.
- Software development lifecycle knowledge.
- Software development background is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum artifacts and techniques.
- These include the Definition of Done, backlog refinement, user stories, and automated testing.
- Conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational skills.
- Scrum Master certification.
