We are currently seeking a Technical Service Manager to join our team of experienced professionals in the manufacturing industry. This position will work directly for our client and offers an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team focused on high-quality service and dedication to excellence. As the Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing team members to ensure customer service excellence and timely and efficient execution of technical services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the technical service department to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services in order to provide high-quality technical support to customers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance to health and safety regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support to engineering, sales and marketing teams.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical service issues and escalations.
• Provide technical training to team members and customers as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on technical service management.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Must be willing to travel as required.
