The Technical Service Engineer Resource will work on-site at the County facilities to assist the County implement the migration plans. Resource will perform "Smart Hands" activities for onsite assessment work completing tasks identified by the Project Lead.
o Resource, in coordination with the County and the lead Resource, will complete the following Deliverables:
Configure wide area network routers and switches as required for proper operations and integration with the VoIP platform.
Configure Data Center routers and switches to integrate with VoIP platform as required for proper operations.
Configure Internet facing perimeter firewalls and routers as required to ensure proper operations with the VoIP platform.
Configure local area network routers and switches as required to ensure proper operations with the VoIP platform.
Implement and configure VoIP gateways for both Session Initiation Protocol ("SIP") and Public Switched Telephone Network ("PSTN") protocols.
Implement and configure Cisco Call Manager VoIP related systems.
Create Network Diagrams and related documentation using Microsoft Visio.
Implement and configure Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol ("EIGRP") and Border Gateway Protocol ("BGP") routing protocols.
Enable the ability to communicate with the Cherwell help desk ticket system.
Contribute to planning and design of both network and VoIP systems.
