1. Service Planning & Scheduling.
2. Quotation & Supply of service & Spares.
3. Service database maintenance.
4. Good Client Relation.
5. Consult with clients and end-users, to determine the nature of dysfunction in the equipment
6. Register service calls in service register
7. Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
8. Keep an inventory of productsrequired for the repair work
9. Ensure inventory required for servicing is maintained in good condition
10. Inspect all the products and make reports on replacement requirements of the products.
