As a Technical Solutions Architect (remote), you will have a passion for technology, innovative ideas, and the ability to develop and implement solutions for clients. You will be a key part of the team, analyzing and utilizing a suite of tools and services to create unique and effective solutions to clients problems. You will be helping to create amazing solutions that make a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on analyzing client needs at the solution level and make informed decisions within a suite of products and services.
  • Serve as a technical expert in all aspects of products, ensuring seamless integration with client systems and processes.
  • Design and deliver solution prototypes and proof of concepts.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during implementation and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in order to understand client technical requirements and provide solution support.
  • Develop and present technical presentations in order to explain the company's products or services to customers.
  • Partner with support and product teams as an architecture SME for large-scale implementations.
  • Gather and log client feedback, working with product management to inform the product roadmap.
  • Identify areas for improvement, communicate issues, and suggest possible solutions to product and management teams.
  • Act as a product evangelist and subject matter expert for the companys technical community.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product Management teams to continuously improve products.
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Participate in internal process improvement initiatives in order to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software architecture design, various solution architecture domains (Business, Application, SaaS), and large-scale software implementation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with API, SSO integration, and working with enterprise applications such as AWS, Azure, AEM, Sitecore, and Salesforce.
  • Basic Unix sysadmin skills and familiarity with DevOps, test automation tools (Cucumber, Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Protractor, WebDriverIO), IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, firewalls, and proxies.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences and deliver presentations and proposals to various stakeholders, including C-Level executives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in formal implementation methodologies (e.g., requirements gathering, solution design) and exceptional time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion.
  • Knowledge of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, ADA).
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.
  • Knowledge of various assistive technologies and their use.
  • Certification in accessibility compliance (e.g., IAAP, WCAG, Section 508).

The salary range for this position is US $127,000 - $210,000

Final salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
