LaSalle Network is currently partnering with a client, a leading private manufacturer of professional consumable dental care products, that is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join their team. This position is based in Alsip, IL and is onsite. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
Technical Support Analyst Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to associates requesting resolution to incidents and requests
- Aid on the resolution of network, phone and mobile devices
- Work through incidents or requests mainly via a Global electronic ticket system, email, phone or Teams
Technical Support Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor's or associate degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Strong Office 365 experience
- Experience using Teams
- Experience using a ticket system to record and resolve incident tickets
- Understanding of AD and Networking concepts
- Understanding of Azure
