Responsibilities

• Pre-Post-sales support.
• Train customers, OEM and partners for technical queries and system support for device testing and configuration,
• L2 and L3 Support.
• Ability to develop and Improve the product requirement with development team for better device Improvement.
• Familiarity with GPS/GNSS hardware functionality.
• Understanding the Interface option like Bluetooth, RS232, RS485 etc....
• Good technical understanding and communication skills.
