Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries
Assist with diagnosing and resolving technical issues
Document and track customer interactions and resolve issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues

Job Requirements:
Currently enrolled or have finished in computer science, engineering or any related field of study
Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
