Our Silicon Valley-based team is striving to bring provider-patient experience up to the next level through LiquidEMR: our cloud-based electronic medical record and practice management software, created to be an intuitive experience experience for physicians,
nurses, and other clinical staff. To that end, we are looking for a talented, self-driven person who has above average computer skills and strong communication abilities. The ideal candidate is pursuing higher education and/or certifications but wants to start building a resume that shows real-world technical and customer support experience.
Our product suite was designed by medical office professionals, physicians and data management experts with over 20 years experience in document imaging technology. We offer an integrated software suite of paperless solutions including scheduling, electronic medical records, paperless document management and integrated electronic billing in one comprehensive package.

- This is an entry-level, part time position, approximately 30-35 hours per week
- Must have your own transportation
- Extensive training and product collaboration will be provided
Must Haves to be successful:
- High school diploma
- Customer Service experience, either in person or via phone
- Troubleshooting/problem resolution abilities
- Ability to learn and adapt to quickly changing circumstances, direction and strategy
- Lives within 15 miles of San Jose and has own transportation (we reimburse for client support mileage)
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 /hour
