The Technical Services Representative provides 24x7 technical support, beginning with the initial technical support contact for all internal and external customers who use, install, sell and service software products. The Technical Services Representative strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver consistent customer satisfaction.

Job Details

We are looking for a Contract to Hire Technical Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal and external customers. The position requires experience in technical support, technical services, SQL, SQL query, customer support, and excellent communication skills. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance. FDA regulations experience is a plus!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers
  • Resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems
  • Communicate technical solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 technical support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Experience with FDA regulations and technical services is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and SQL query
  • Excellent customer support skills with the ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical customers
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with internal and external customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
