Responsibilities:
- Provides basic technical support and assistance to clients.
- Addresses and response to customer inquiries on organizational products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Possesses a basic understanding of the organization's products and services, but escalates more complex inquiries.
- Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
- Possible weekend work to help with moving computers, however, a candidate will be given ample time as to when weekend work is scheduled.
Skills:
- Technical support, break/fix.
- Installs. Computer disconnects, Move computer hardware from one desk to another and reconnects.
- Able to lift 40 lbs
- A+ Cert 6 - 9 years
