As a member of technical team, you will be on the front line of technical support.
Answer technical support calls with a warm helping tone
Utilize troubleshooting tools to identify the issues Bug fixing
The issues is not resolved then forwarding concern team and follow up client resolved issues
Develop and implement a solution to problems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
