Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Support Intern to join our team. As a technical support intern, you will assist with providing support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and learning about the latest technology and industry trends.

Job Responsibilities:
Source relevant technical content, such as product manuals, guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting tips, from internal resources.
Format and organize content for optimal presentation on our WordPress-based website.
Upload and publish content using WordPress, ensuring proper categorization, and tagging.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Assist with diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Document and track customer interactions and resolve issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
Participate in training and development opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Currently enrolled or have finished in computer science, engineering, or any related field of study.
Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Must have a laptop or computer.
