We work with North American and global mobile operators and CPaaS companies to register Application-to-Person (A2P) text messaging Campaigns. We are a profitable startup with a dynamic environment. Our products are both platform and API based and address different stakeholders in the telecommunication/CPaaS industries.
We are seeking candidates in North America or the UK, this will be a fully remote position
Responsibilities
Produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products
Write API documentation: develop documents containing code samples, use cases, authentications, and other resources
Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
Create and maintain the information architecture
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
Requirements
Qualifications / Requirements
Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
Experience with API documentation tools such as Swagger/Open API
Experience with markup languages such as Markdown, HTML
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and flows
Excellent written skills in English
Strong working knowledge of Atlassian suite
Familiarity with the SDLC and software development
